Training, Workshops & Enablement

Instead of generic prompt trainings, we focus on formats that directly impact business processes, decisions and measurable results.

Our formats

Four formats we offer

Format 01

AI overview for management

Group size3–8 people Durationapprox. 0.5 day

Goal

Give leaders a realistic understanding of how AI affects the company, business models and competitiveness – and which strategic decisions should be made today.

How

In an interactive workshop, current developments, opportunities and risks of AI are assessed against your specific business situation. Together we discuss relevant fields of action, priorities and possible investment focuses.

Content

  • Impact of AI on industry and business model
  • Opportunities, risks and typical wrong decisions
  • Prioritisation of AI initiatives
  • AI governance and responsibilities
  • Strategic roadmap for the next steps

Outcome

Clear decision-making foundations for management and leadership, plus a shared understanding of where AI creates real value and where it does not.

Format 02

Finding AI opportunities in your processes

Group size5–10 people Durationapprox. 1 day

Goal

Identify and prioritise concrete potential for automation, AI agents and efficiency gains.

How

Together with your departments, existing processes are analysed, bottlenecks identified and possible AI use cases evaluated. The focus is on real business processes rather than theoretical AI features.

Content

  • Analysis of existing workflows
  • Identification of repetitive and time-consuming tasks
  • Development of concrete AI use cases
  • Assessment of value, effort and feasibility
  • Prioritisation of possible pilot projects

Outcome

A prioritised list of concrete AI initiatives with a clear business impact and clear recommendations for implementation.

Format 03

Using AI properly in everyday work

Group size5–12 people Duration0.5–1 day

Goal

Enable employees and managers to use newly introduced AI solutions, assistants or AI agents safely and productively in their daily work.

How

The workshop accompanies the introduction of concrete AI systems and focuses on their practical use, quality control and organisational anchoring.

Content

  • Working with AI assistants and agents
  • Quality control and handling errors
  • Roles, responsibilities and approval processes
  • Data protection and safe usage
  • Integration into existing workflows

Outcome

High acceptance, safe use and a lasting anchoring of the AI solution in day-to-day operations. Employees not only understand the technology but also know how to use it effectively and responsibly.

Format 04

AI Governance & Data Security Workshop

Group size5–10 people Durationapprox. 0.5 day

Goal

Establish clear guardrails for safe and compliant AI use – and make responsibilities, data protection and typical security pitfalls tangible for everyone.

How

In a hands-on workshop, existing data flows, tools and access rights are reviewed, real risk scenarios are played through, and pragmatic governance rules are developed together that are actually lived in everyday work.

Content

  • AI governance: roles, policies and approval processes
  • Typical security pitfalls in AI use (e.g. data leakage, shadow AI, prompt leaks)
  • Data protection and GDPR in everyday AI practice
  • Handling sensitive data and selecting secure tools
  • Anchoring data security in processes and behaviour

Outcome

A jointly supported understanding of governance and security, plus concrete, practical rules that bring data security from theory into lived practice.
