ChatGPT is often already in use at work, frequently in the personal version without a company contract. We bring AI into the business under control, matched to your data. Choose your situation:
Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition
With Microsoft 365, your business already works with US cloud services, meaning programs that run on the provider's computers on the internet. We recommend Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition, where according to Anthropic ↗ and OpenAI ↗ your data is not used for training by default. The AIROS Gateway also checks what leaves the business.
Local AI on your own server
For sensitive data, for example in a law firm, we use local AI: it runs on a computer dedicated to your company, not on a public AI service. Your data stays entirely with you, without a US cloud or third-party access.

What is AI automation?
AI automation means that an AI agent takes over recurring processes over several steps: it reads emails or documents, understands the content, enters data into your systems and presents results for approval.
How does it differ from classic automation or RPA?
Classic automation and RPA, meaning software robots that repeat the same clicks, follow fixed rules and need consistent input. AI automation also understands informal emails, varying documents and exceptions, and reports when something is unclear.
Which processes are suitable?
Processes that recur regularly, take up time and involve texts, emails or documents, such as invoices, orders, enquiries or filing. It is important to have a person who knows the process well.
What does AI automation cost?
It depends on the scope of the process, the systems, the data and the operating model. After the first conversation you receive a quote for a clearly defined first step.
How is our data protected?
If your business already uses Microsoft 365 and Outlook, we recommend Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition, where according to the providers your data is not used for training by default. For sensitive data, we run AI models locally at your site or in a European data centre. The AIROS Gateway checks what goes to external AI services, and every step of the agent is logged.
