Our architecture is called AIROS.
AIROS is our own architecture, meaning the blueprint for how your programs, your data and the AI work together. It includes four building blocks, and each one takes a specific job off your team's hands.
AIROS Agent
Handles routine work.
You stay in control.
An AI agent is a program that does recurring computer tasks on its own. For example checking invoices, sorting emails or preparing monthly figures. Before anything happens, it shows you the result for approval.
AIROS Dashboard
All your numbers at a glance.
You see early where to act.
A dashboard is an overview, like the instrument panel in a car. It shows sales, costs, stock and orders from your different programs on one page. The AI flags what is off plan and suggests what to do.
AIROS Assistant
Ask your company.
Answers from your own documents.
The assistant works like a chat, but it knows your documents, emails and programs. Your team asks a question and gets an answer with its source, meaning where it is written. It only uses the knowledge you approve.
AIROS Gateway
Use AI. Protect your data.
Sensitive data stays inside.
Anyone using ChatGPT, Claude and co. sends text to the provider's computers. The gateway checks every request on your own device and replaces names, account numbers and addresses with placeholders. The answer comes back with your real data.

Every month the AI agent checks whether wages and salaries have changed since the previous month, and shows why. It takes work off your hands, the decision stays with you.
The AI agent collects and compares the figures and writes the finished report. The responsible person only checks the flagged items and approves.
