AI for industry and manufacturing, under your control.
Orders, delivery notes, technical enquiries and knowledge from manuals: behind every delivery there is a lot of office work. AI READY AT builds AI agents for this. An AI agent is a program that does recurring computer tasks on its own and shows you the result for approval. If you wish, it runs on a computer dedicated to your company, so trade secrets stay in house.
AI for manufacturing businesses
Where the office work in production hides.
In Carinthia, industry carries more weight than the Austrian average. Production accounts for 36.3 percent of gross value added here, meaning the value the economy creates, compared with 27.4 percent across Austria. Manufacturing alone stands at 20.0 percent, energy supply at 8.2 percent. Around Villach, a centre for electronics and semiconductors has also grown. WKÖ statistics ↗ ORF Carinthia ↗
Production's share of gross value added
Alongside machines and plants, every business has office work that keeps repeating: capturing orders, checking delivery notes, answering enquiries, searching documents. That is exactly where AI agents help. According to Statistics Austria, businesses in Carinthia already use AI more often to automate processes than to analyse data.
Design data, prices and customer lists are trade secrets. That is why, if you wish, the AI runs at your site or in a European data centre. With the AIROS Gateway we check what goes to outside services.
Areas of use
Where AI agents take work off industrial businesses.
Work between email, documents and ERP. ERP is the program for stock, purchasing and accounting. Exceptions and approvals stay with your team.
Order capture
The agent reads orders from email and PDF. It transfers items, quantities and dates into the ERP and flags deviations. Your sales back office checks and approves.
Delivery notes and invoices
The agent compares order, delivery note and invoice. If something does not fit, the case goes to the responsible person with a reason.
Technical enquiries and quotes
The agent pre-sorts enquiries with drawings and technical requirements. It spots missing details and prepares quotes from your master data.
Knowledge from manuals
An AI assistant answers questions about machines, maintenance and work instructions. It also shows the passage in the document, in shift operation too.
Complaints
Capture and summarise complaints and prepare reports for quality assurance.
Purchasing
Prepare price requests and supplier quotes so you can compare them easily.
Key figures
Order intake, delivery reliability and open items in an AI dashboard. A dashboard is an overview, like the instrument panel in a car: your key figures on one page.
Trade secrets
AI on your own computers, narrow access rights and a complete log of every step.

Our AI recommendation
Which AI fits your data?
ChatGPT is often already in use at work, frequently in the personal version without a company contract. We bring AI into the business under control, matched to your data. Choose your situation:
Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition
With Microsoft 365, your business already works with US cloud services, meaning programs that run on the provider's computers on the internet. We recommend Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition, where according to Anthropic ↗ and OpenAI ↗ your data is not used for training by default. The AIROS Gateway also checks what leaves the business.
Local AI on your own server
For sensitive data, for example in a law firm, we use local AI: it runs on a computer dedicated to your company, not on a public AI service. Your data stays entirely with you, without a US cloud or third-party access.
FAQ
AI in industry: briefly explained.
Does it work with our ERP system?
An interface is the connection through which two programs exchange data. If your ERP has such an interface, we connect it directly. If not, an AI agent can operate the program on screen like a person. We clarify this during the analysis.
Do design data and prices stay in house?
If you wish, yes. Then the AI runs on your own computers at your business or in a European data centre. With the AIROS Gateway we check what goes to outside AI services.
Does the AI agent replace back-office staff?
No. It takes over recurring steps such as typing and matching. Your team checks deviations and approves.
Which company sizes is this for?
Our focus is on small and medium-sized businesses. What matters is a process that repeats regularly and a person who knows it well. AI for SMEs
Does AI READY AT only work in Carinthia?
No. Our Carinthia office is in Villach, but we work across Austria, with further offices in Graz and Himberg.
