Contact requests
When you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take steps before entering into a contract. We do not sell contact data.
Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Visitor statistics without cookies
To see which pages and content are useful, we count visits. We set no cookies for this, store nothing in your browser and assign no identifier. So we never learn who you are and cannot link a visit to a person.
A small script on this website reports to our own address: which page was opened, what was clicked on it (for example a link, a button, an image or a film), how far the page was read and a film was watched with sound, the language, the rough screen size (phone, tablet or computer) and which other website you came from (its name only). Cloudflare adds country and region, derived from the IP address. We do not store the IP address itself, and we never record what you type, email addresses or phone numbers. The figures are kept at Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine) and deleted automatically after three months. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control, this count leaves you out.
In addition, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, loading times, referring sites, countries and device types. Its script loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and, according to Cloudflare, sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Its reports are available at Cloudflare for six months.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in making the website clearer and more useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and consent
We currently only use cookies that are technically necessary for the website. We set no analytics or advertising cookies. We count visits without cookies (see “Visitor statistics without cookies”), so we show no cookie banner and ask for no consent. You can open this notice at any time via “Cookies” in the footer. Should we ever connect an analytics or advertising service that uses cookies, it will only load after your explicit consent.
