Many SMEs know that AI could help. But they do not know where to start. We keep it deliberately simple: we start with one single process that costs time today. With your real data, we test whether AI makes it noticeably easier.
You do not need your own IT department. We look at your processes, build the solution and look after it. We work with the programs you already use. An API is the connection through which two programs exchange data. If a program has no API, the AI agent operates it directly on screen, just like a person. How that works
Control matters to us. An AI agent has its own account and may only do what is necessary. Every step is recorded. A person approves anything with real consequences.

Which AI fits your data?
ChatGPT is often already in use at work, frequently in the personal version without a company contract. We bring AI into the business under control, matched to your data. Choose your situation:
Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition
With Microsoft 365, your business already works with US cloud services, meaning programs that run on the provider's computers on the internet. We recommend Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition, where according to Anthropic ↗ and OpenAI ↗ your data is not used for training by default. The AIROS Gateway also checks what leaves the business.
Local AI on your own server
For sensitive data, for example in a law firm, we use local AI: it runs on a computer dedicated to your company, not on a public AI service. Your data stays entirely with you, without a US cloud or third-party access.

Is AI worthwhile for small businesses too?
Yes, if there is a process that repeats regularly and takes time, such as quotes, invoices or enquiries. The number of employees does not matter. What matters is a clear process and a person who is responsible for it.
What does AI cost for an SME?
It depends on the scope of the process, your programs, your data and where the AI runs. After the first conversation you get a quote for a first, clearly limited step.
Do we need our own IT specialists?
No. We look at your processes, build the solution and look after it. From you we need one person who knows the process and checks the results.
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent completes tasks over several steps: for example, it reads an email, enters the data into your program and presents the result for approval.
What happens to our data?
If your business already uses Microsoft 365 and Outlook, we recommend Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition. There, according to the providers, your data is not used for training by default. For sensitive data, we run the AI in your building or in a European data centre. With the AIROS Gateway we also check what goes to outside AI services before it leaves your business.
