Which AI fits your data?
ChatGPT is often already in use at work, frequently in the personal version without a company contract. We bring AI into the business under control, matched to your data. Choose your situation:
Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition
With Microsoft 365, your business already works with US cloud services, meaning programs that run on the provider's computers on the internet. We recommend Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition, where according to Anthropic ↗ and OpenAI ↗ your data is not used for training by default. The AIROS Gateway also checks what leaves the business.
Local AI on your own server
For sensitive data, for example in a law firm, we use local AI: it runs on a computer dedicated to your company, not on a public AI service. Your data stays entirely with you, without a US cloud or third-party access.

Is it only consulting or also the technical work?
Both. We find the tasks where AI helps most and decide what comes first. Then we build concrete solutions: AI agents, AI assistants for company knowledge, dashboards and the connection to your programs. We also settle how it all runs day to day.
How does a business start sensibly with AI?
Best with one clearly limited task, for example checking incoming invoices. Before we choose a technical solution, we check the benefit, data, risks and who is responsible.
AI agency or AI consultancy: what do I need?
Usually both from one team. We first look at one specific task. Then we build the AI agent or AI assistant that takes it over, including permissions, approvals and day-to-day operation.
Are there solutions for highly sensitive data?
Yes. We process highly sensitive data with AI that runs locally in your building or in a European data centre. For everyday tasks, if your business already uses Microsoft 365 and Outlook, we recommend Claude or ChatGPT in the business edition. According to the providers, your data is not used to train the AI by default. The AIROS Gateway pseudonymises sensitive data before a request goes to external AI services. To pseudonymise means names, account numbers and addresses are replaced with placeholders.
Is there funding for AI projects?
Depending on the federal state there are programmes, for example Umsetzung.KI from the KWF in Carinthia or the digitalisation funding of the Vienna Business Agency. We check together before the project starts whether a suitable programme is currently open.
