Solution: Together with management and the departments, we bring the key figures into one overview. It shows where something is off and suggests what to do.
What is different today: Management sees the key figures and deviations in one place. The AI goes through the figures every day and suggests new steps. The company's figures stay strictly confidential.

Starting point: An internationally connected law firm with offices in Klagenfurt, Vienna and Salzburg. Every day, documents arrive that belong to the most sensitive data there is: client files, letters from the court, deadlines.
Solution: A language model reads the incoming documents. A language model is the part of the AI that understands and writes text, like the one behind ChatGPT. Here it runs locally in a closed environment. It recognises the type of document, proposes the matching file and prepares the next step. No public AI service, no computers from US providers.
Goal: The mail reaches the lawyers already sorted. They check and approve. The project is under way. For tax advisors, notaries and other law firms, this means: AI works even where confidentiality is the top duty.
What matters in the project
Highest data security through local AI.
The details remain confidential. The principle is simple: Local AI runs on a computer of its own, not on a public AI service on the internet. The AI is not trained with the law firm's data. The AI prepares, the lawyer checks and approves.

Kärnten Werbung.
Starting point: Kärnten Werbung is the tourism marketing organisation of the state of Carinthia, based in Klagenfurt. In HR and controlling, the same work comes back every month: checking, comparing, following up.
Solution: Together with the team, we look at these workflows, automate them with AI agents and make them simpler along the way. The agents check and report what stands out. The responsible people decide and approve.
Goal: Less routine work in HR and controlling, and workflows that run reliably every month.

Sales X-Ray.
Sales X-Ray is a standalone product by HK Performance Management. It helps mid-sized industrial companies steer their sales, for example in the plastics industry. It gathers the sales data from ERP, CRM and Excel. ERP is the program for stock, purchasing and accounting. CRM is the program where you manage customers and enquiries. Sales X-Ray shows what lies behind revenue, margin and contribution margin. And it tracks actions until their impact can be measured.
AI READY AT builds the technology behind Sales X-Ray: data model, automated analysis runs and the user interface in German and English.
What the product does
From data to sales decisions.
The image shows the demo version with sample data. The principle: Sales X-Ray shows risks and opportunities for each customer. It shows where action is needed and checks whether actions work. Decisions and action stay with the sales team.
